Ok so I jacked my rotator cuff swimming. VERY unpleasant experience and turned my race season into a total spectator perspective. I gotta tell you, that was lame, lame, lame all day and all because I didn’t take it easy when I should have.
Anyway, I have not looked at this book and have no clue as to the quality therein. However, I would like to know if anyone out there in interent land has read the book or has any feed back for us!!!!!
